With a bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration, Jim manages the day-to-day business operations involving Fund Sourcing, Deal Negotiation and Project Management.

Shade Marg Alalade

Managing Partner
Shade manages property finances, operations, and design. Although, having a background in nursing, she is rapidly growing in the real estate space, specializing in staging, renovations, and property listing.

Tayo John Alalade

Architectural Designer/IT Manager
Tayo holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science with years of experience in Building Construction Design and Computer Technologies. He is currently serving as head of the company's IT department.

Van Sturgeon

Consultant / Strategist
As the company's consultant, Van comes in with over 30 years of experience in Real Estate entrepreneurship, building contracting, and real estate coaching. He mentors the company on sourcing for deals until they are successfully closed.
